Amenities
- Four TVs with cable service and high-speed internet access that make this condo family-friendly.
- King-sized bed in the master bedroom with en suite bath and dual sinks, tub and shower.
- Queen-sized bed in the first guest bedroom with a shared bathroom, featuring a tub, and a seperate shower.
- Two twin beds in the second guest bedroom, sharing a bathroom.
- Stainless teel appliances with double door refrigerator and huge bottom drawer freezer, stove with oven, dishwasher, and microwave.
- New granite counters in kitchen and all bathrooms.
To complement these luxurious rooms, the vast living area includes a sofa that converts into a queen-sized bed.
Enjoy meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, which includes cookware, utensils, and glassware. Kitchen has a blender as well as you can enjoy coffee (coffee maker included) or drinks while taking in the scenery from one of two screened balconies with table and chairs. An in-unit laundry room means guests can wash clothes while keeping an eye on the little ones in the crib and highchair included in the unit. There is also an electronic safe for your use.
Rates
You have the full use of a spacious condo rather than having small hotel rooms. Rates are less than a hotel room by Disney World, Sea World, Universal and other attractions. You have the ability to spread out in a 1,700 square foot, three bedroom condo, with full kitchen, washer and dryer, and only minutes from the attractions, such as Disney World, Sea World, Universal and more.
Rates are dependent on length
of stay and time of year. There are discounts for bookings of 10-30 days in length.
For monthly rentals, quotes will be provided.
FOR ALL RENTALS
- Cleaning Fee: $125 on departure
- Security Deposit: $250-$500 depending on length of stay.
- A Limited Damage Waiver is available.
- Minimum Nights: 4 - Unless otherwise noted.
- Florida tax added to all base rates.
There are no other cleaning services provided. Renters must maintain the unit as well as wash towels and sheets as needed for the length of the stay. Additional cleaning of sheets and light cleaning can be arranged for additional cost.

The unit was very well appointed and in close proximity to resort amenities. The property is a great mix of condo and hotel amenities. Check in was a breeze and we were happily greeted by 24 hour gated security. The pool and exercise areas were used daily by our family. We stayed for 10 days with most days traveling to Disney. It was an easy drive to the parks. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

If you're looking for a great value at a place for Disney World--this is it. Excellent location about a 10-20 minute drive to the parks. Close to everything. We had a total of 7 people and we all slept comfortably (our little son slept in the king master bed with us). If you bring your own laundry soap, you can do laundry and not pack so much dang stuff! Highly recommended!

Love your condo! It is perfect to stay in and so comfortable. The location is best! Everything is there at the condo, and all so easy to drive to the parks and restaurants.
